Well, I can only think of one reason anyoen would come here.....TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ME!!! YAY!!! Well.......My name is Kris Kelly. I am 15 years old, and I live in quite possibly the smallest town in the world. Otherwise known as Glidden, Iowa. My hobbies are hunting, paintball, and most of all......MUSIC
My music is my life. I started learning to play the trumpet in 5th grade. I thought I kinda sucked when I started. But in 7th grade my director said I should try out for the junior high honor band. I said sure why not? Doing this got me to practice A LOT. But it wasn't enough. I auditioned and failed miserably. But I didn't let it get me down. In 8th grade I tried out again......AND THE WORK PAYED OFF! Not only was I accepted into the district honor band, I was also chosen to perform in the All Iowa Middle School Honor Band. I was getting to be pretty darn good. Also, in 8th grade, I was introduced to jazz. And I loved it. Anyways, I continued with being accepted into all these honor bands and stuff for the last few years. Just recently though, I was accepted into the best honor band I have ever auditioned for. It's called the Sound of America. It is a band made up of people from all over the nation. Next summer, we go to Europe and go on a concert tour. Performing eight concerts as we take in the sights of Europe. But anyways.......that's pretty much my life story.
